Last week I had a phone interview with a law firm in Las Vegas and before I knew it, I was packing my bags and driving down for a 2nd interview. It all seemed so perfect. Too perfect. When I hadn’t heard anything back by Thursday I was convinced I didn’t get the job. But Friday morning that 702 area code started blinking on my phone, and I was offered the job! We know this new change is not going to be an easy one. I will be working a lot, I’ll have to take another bar exam, and Luis will be staying behind to finish school because transferring would put him way too far behind at this point (he graduates in April). But we feel that this job is a huge blessing for us, and we are both really excited for this next stage of our lives.
