My brother and his cute little family came to see us last weekend.

It just so happened to also be my brother’s birthday and we sure had a blast celebrating with them. First we went to see the Lion King on stage:

As you may recall, Luis and I had gone to see the Lion King last year with some friends, and we loved it just as much the second time around. It made it all that much more fun to see Hannah enjoying the show. Unfortunately, the show scared Lia to death. So much so that she got scared even looking at the show posters we saw around town afterward.

We had a lovely a dinner at Claim Jumper in celebration of my brother’s 29th birthday that night. And then to round out the celebration I made one of Flavio’s favorites the following day: yellow cake with fat-free/sugar-free chocolate pudding instead of frosting.

As you can tell, we were having much too much fun to be bothered with taking pictures of the events, and we sure were glad to have my brother’s whole family with us… even if it has taken over a week to get this post up :)  We love you guys!
