We spent the Thanksgiving weekend in Utah and realized that my little monthly visitor hadn’t come to visit. So as soon as we got back to Las Vegas on Saturday night, our first order of business was to take a pregnancy test. And sure enough, it was positive. Wanting to go celebrate, we went to Pin Kaow for Thai food Monday night. The restaurant was awesome. The decor was great, providing a very Thai atmosphere. The food was wonderful. Luis and I had our two favorites.

Pad See Ew (Stir fried flat rice noodles with Chinese broccoli, egg, and chicken):

Masaman Curry (Thai special curry paste with coconut milk, potatoes, white onions, pork, and topped with crushed peanuts):

Can you believe that this guy is going to be a dad in a few months? Luis is very excited about all of this.

I’m feeling kind of nervous. I don’t really know how to feel. I’m happy and excited, but nervous and scared all at the same time. I don’t know how the people at work are going to react to all of this and I’m hoping the pregnancy goes smoothly with no complications.
